2 RUDE perform at the UEFA Champions Festival in Cardiff Bay!
We’re only just coming back down to earth after what’s been an extraordinary weekend for the city of Cardiff and Wales in general, because we were very lucky to be right in the thick of it! We were asked to play at the UEFA Champions Festival, which took place in tandem with the UEFA Champions League final in Cardiff last weekend. The afternoon after the game, we took to the festival’s main stage outside the Wales Millennium Centre to entertain the crowds enjoying the final day of the football-themed festival. The weather wasn’t on our side, but we still had a lot of people brave the elements and watch us play! It was incredible experience for all of us, and we’d just like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone involved with the organisation of the festival (especially the security team) for making it exciting and above all safe.
Our next festival appearance will be at the Pucklechurch Beer Festival on June 17th. For more info please visit our gig list!

This weekend is going to be a busy one; we have 3 great gigs! It all starts with a set at the Welsh Perry & Cider Festival, held at Caldicot Castle this Friday.
Then on Sunday it’s a DOUBLE GIG DAY! First is a matinee performance at The Fleece in Bristol, then we head back home to Newport to play at Slipping Jimmy’s! All the info is on our gig list so if you fancy checking us out this weekend, click here!
2 RUDE to support THE SKATALITES in Cardiff!
We have some very exciting news! 2 RUDE will be supporting THE SKATALITES when they come to The Globe in Cardiff on August 23rd. We are honoured to be playing with this legendary band and we simply cannot wait for this gig! Tickets are available online now at £20, and you can find the link on our gig list.
2 RUDE to help raise money for ‘Newport’s Rocky’!
On April 1st we will be performing at The Neon in Newport, all to help fundraise for a statue of ‘Newport’s own Rocky’ David Pearce! He was British and Welsh Heavyweight Champion in the 1980s and one the most successful boxers to come out of Newport, and now a campaign has been launched to erect a life-sized statue of him in the city. 2 RUDE are very excited to be involved and we hope all our amazing Newport fans will come along to what promises to be a spectacular show! Tickets are £15 and are available here. If you’re interested in helping this great cause, visit the campaign’s official crowdfunding page here.
